Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at East 182nd Street between Crotona and Prospect Avenues (Block 3097/Lot 24; Block 3098/Lots 27, 28, 31, 33, 34 and 35), the Bronx, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 92; 20045378 HAX).
